You're dog is officially cute! (but not as cute as mine :)). I looked up the case you mentioned on my blog (MO Elder Law) Novogradac v. Shirshekan. Did you know it was one of the highest verdict cases in Missouri last year? The jury returned a huge verdict even though the neglect did not actually cause the man's death. It's a really sad, interesting case. Thanks for sending it to me.
